What is necessary to make a reservation?
Search through our extensive portfolio to find the perfect vacation home. When you find a specific vacation home you can either book the property on-line or speak to one of our reservationists at (407) 401-6982. When you make your reservation we require $200 or 20% deposit of the rental amount which ever is the greater this is a non-refundable deposit, which is applied to your rental cost. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to check-in and is non-refundable at that point.

What do I need to bring with me to my vacation home?
Every vacation rental home has been furnished and equipped to ensure that you have an enjoyable vacation. Listed below are some of the amenities included in every vacation home that we provide to our guests:
- Air conditioning
- Cable TV
- Phone
- Washer/Dryer
- Fully equipped kitchen
- All linens/towels
- Bed linens
- Arrival soaps and toilet paper

Do you offer group rates?
Yes we do offer group rates, please specify the type of group and how many party members you will need to accommodate when contacting the office.

What is the check-in & check-out time?
All properties are available for check-in at 4:00 p.m. If an early check-in is required this can be approved for an additional fee. Please be aware if the property has a check-out on the day of your arrival we will be unable to accommodate an early check-in.
All properties must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. unless prior arrangements have been arranged.

When do I pay the rental cost?
The deposit payment is due initially when you decide to book the property. The deposit will reserve the property for you until the final payment is due. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to the arrival date. You can find Villa Gorilla terms and conditions of rental by clicking here.

What is your Cancellation Policy?
The $200 or 20% deposit of the rental amount which ever is the greater this is non-refundable. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, this will result in a loss of all monies. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

What is the $75.00 UDW & Processing Fee?
The Unintentional Damage waiver ($50) will cover up to $500 for accidental or unintentional damage. Please be advised that deliberate damage or gross neglect will result in extra charges. The ($25) processing fee will cover our administrative costs.

Is the property cleaned during our stay?
All Villa Gorilla vacation homes are professionally cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival. All properties are rented to guests on a "Self-catering" basis. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, mop, brush and pan for maintaining the property cleanliness during your stay. Guests may request a mid-stay clean, which can be arranged in advance through our office for a standard fee.

How many people are allowed to stay in each home?
Maximum Occupancy
The following are only guidelines, as some of the properties do not have sleeper sofas or pull out beds. Please check the properties individual descriptions for the actual capacities. By state law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children.
3 bedrooms sleep a maximum of 8
4 bedrooms sleep a maximum of 10
5 bedrooms sleep a maximum of 12
6 bedrooms sleep a maximum of 14
7 bedrooms sleep a maximum of 16

How will I receive my confirmation and arrival instructions?
When you book the property you will receive a confirmation via email, unless email is unavailable. In order to receive this email, you may have to adjust your spam filter to add the domain villagorillavacationhomes.com to your list of accepted email addresses. You will receive a second email after your final payment has been applied to your reservation, thirty days prior to arrival. The second e-mail will contain the directions and the key code to your vacation home. If you have reserved a home and not received these emails please contact us at (407) 401-6982 or (407) 401-6861.

Should I have the pool heated?
Pool heat is available on request all year round. During the hot summer months it would not be deemed necessary as most guests want to cool down. Villa Gorilla would recommend that pool heat may be necessary in the colder months between October and May. The pool heat is already preset to the desired temperature on all properties and cannot be adjusted.
Many of the properties have a spa please note this is not a hot-tub. The temperature of a spa is normally set at the same temperature as the main pool. Note: Please do not expect hot-tub temperatures to be available on spas.
Also note: Electric pool heaters may not provide adequate heating if the air temperature drops below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. Electric heating pumps do not operate effectively below this temperature, and failure of such devices to heat the pool is outside of our control. Every provision is made to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may (rarely) affect the temperature of the pool. How close are the vacation homes to Disney?
All Villa Gorilla vacation homes are designed for vacation use and are located with in 6 to 10 minutes of Disney. Check the property description of your desired vacation home you will see an approximate distance to Disney and the various attractions.

Are there shops and restaurants nearby?
Yes there are grocery stores, drug stores and restaurants located near all of the properties.

Are pets allowed in the properties?
Pets are allowed in some of our properties. Please contact our office so our reservationist may assist you in the selection of your pet friendly property.

Are all the properties non-smoking?
All of the properties are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside on the patio area.
